Measure various different samples

Reflection:The open-top design of the CM-5 allows for easy measurement of various samples.

Solid samples can be placed directly on the measurement port; pastes or granular samples should be placed in a petri dish.

Transmission:The CM-5 features a large transmission cell capable of measuring samples up to 60 mm thick, such as glass and sheets. The open boundaries impose no length restrictions on the sample. Liquid samples can be measured via transmission using an optional cuvette.
